在自动化控制项目中,经常会遇到分布在不同地方的plc之间需要进行远程通讯,实现控制,常规方式是采取现场拉线的方式。但有时由于现场条件的限制,布设通讯线路很不方便,山上与山下,或者横跨马路的情况,尤其对于工程改造项目二次布线可能会要影响到已有设备运行,甲方可能应为停运造成经济损失。无线通讯方式可以很好的弥补这些不足。现在市场上有很多plc无线DTU产品,这种无线传输方式基本上是点对点透传,两台plc之间直接通讯没有问题,或则一主对多从也可以,但是无法解决从机之间的互相通讯,且普通市面透传模块效率低,无法实现PPI,MPI之类的要求实时响应的通讯协议。
